This agreement supersedes all prior communications, verbal or written, and defines the technical boundaries of this knowledge transfer.

I. Definitions of Engineering Transfer

The Protocol provided is an advanced synthesis of water science, mechanical engineering, and disaster-mitigation logistics. It is categorized as a Technical Information Product (TIP). Unlike consumer electronics or physical goods, the value of the Protocol is contained within the logic, diagrams, and sourcing networks revealed upon purchase.

1.1 Scope of Technical Assets

The assets transferred include high-resolution schematics for the Dual-Stage Pre-Filtration Matrix, specific chemical ratios for Membrane Preservation, and the Proprietary Purity Flow Rate Calculator. These assets are calibrated against 74 technical benchmarks cited by global engineering bodies. 1.2 Immediate Value Realization

II. Comprehensive Payment Protocols

III. Operational Liability & Engineering Responsibility

IV. Intellectual Property and “Sovereign” Licensing

In keeping with this mission, the Provider does not maintain any database of your specific water chemistry or system performance. VI. Dispute Resolution & Binding Private Arbitration

To avoid the inefficiencies of the public court system, both parties agree to Binding Private Arbitration. Any disagreement regarding the technical accuracy of the Protocol or the terms of this sale shall be resolved by a third-party arbitrator. The costs of arbitration shall be shared equally, and the ruling of the arbitrator shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

VII. Force Majeure & Infrastructure Realities

The Protocol is built for resilience, yet we live in a world of physical constraints. The Provider does not guarantee the perpetual availability of the specific third-party components (filters, membranes, valves) suggested in the sourcing guides. In the event of total civilizational collapse or global supply chain cessation, the “Sourcing Network” may be compromised. The Protocol provides the knowledge, but the Acquirer must secure the hardware.

VIII. Final Declaration

No marketing claims, social media posts, or customer service emails shall be construed as modifying these terms. The Acquirer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these terms by proceeding with their payment via PayPal, Card, or Digital Asset.
